I'll stop short of calling today's run a "proper" workout, but it was good to do something with a little higher intensity again: 2km w/u + 6 x (400m @ hard tempo/threshold + 2 mins jog/walk recovery) + 2km c/d. If I'm being honest, the last few recoveries were more walk than jog, but overall, not a bad session.
