That was tough, even after cutting back from 8 repeats to 6: w/u + 6 X (6 mins @ <7:00/mile pace + 1 min rest) + c/d. Tacked on a couple of piers during the cool down to bring the run up to an even 10 miles. Also, it's weird that I still measure my runs in km and min/km while I'm doing them, but talk about them in miles and min/mile.
