A couple of hard intervals with Jacks: w/u + 2 x (15 min @ <7:00/mile + 2 min recovery) + c/d. There was supposed to be another 10 min interval in there, but my right calf is not real happy right now, so pulled the pin on that one. Also need to sort out my pacing.
