I’ve done shorter long runs than this: w/u + 3 x (1 mile @ ~7:00/mile + 1 min rest) + 5 min easy + 3 x (1 mile @ ~7:00/mile + 1 min rest) + c/d. Ended up running 6:46 / 6:50 / 6:50 and 6:55 / 6:49 / 6:54 for the mile repeats. I’m knackered.
