After two weeks of being able to sleep in and then run, getting up early to get a workout in before work kind of sucked. Slightly truncated session with Jacks: w/u + 2 x (400m @ 3:50-4:10/km + 1,200m @ 4:10-4:30/km + 400m @ 3:50-4:10/km + 4 min recovery) + c/d. Too cold for standing recovery, so did a bit of a walk/jog thing. Flyby past Allison and Natalie at Chelsea Piers on the way home.
