The Rundown

Humid AF. I struggled a bit this morning… the heavy air was messing with my breathing, and if I'd had anything in my stomach, I would have lost it after the last effort. Still, not a terrible session: w/u + 5 x (3 min hard, 2 min easy) + 3 x (2 min hard, 1 min easy) + c/d. Looking to hit just over 5km pace for the 3 mins and just under for the 2 mins - not quite there, but close enough, given the conditions.
