NYRR Queens 10K

Not sure what to say about this one. The intent was to just roll through to get the race credits, so I ran it at a perceived easy-ish pace to make sure I wasn’t loading up my hamstring and deliberately looked away from the clocks on course and didn’t check my watch… and still ran a 10km race PR (although not my fastest 10km ever). So… 🤷‍♂️
